Working in a specialty clinic we run into a lot of prior authorizations.  It could be very overwhelming at times to stay on top of all of them that were in process at any one time.  We transitioned to RXPA and they handle all the requests and follow up necessary.  This has made our internal office procedures much more simplified for prior authorizations.  Our approval rate was already good, but RXPA has boosted us to nearly 100% approvals.

My nurses were increasingly tied up with medication insurance issues.  Because of constantly changing policies with each insurance company we can not keep track of what each covers.  We recently converted to RXPA for our medication prior authorizations.  Now we have happy nurses and patients.  RXPA is available to answer questions from insurance companies even when we are closed.  We are getting a lot less denials and nursing time for medication insurance problems is greatly reduced thanks to RXPA.

RXPA has helped my office staff spend less time dealing with insurance issues and which cut our labor costs.  We are saving more on labor than RXPA services cost.  If your office has a lot of patients requiring prior authorizations for medications, RXPA is the way to go!
